This program will implement a digital platform with information, advice and value-added services, as well as an International Limited Warranty of up to 8 years for all watches.

Jaeger-LeCoultre customers can exclusively register their Jaeger-LeCoultre watches in an online platform that allows them to manage their personal collection and benefit from the new personalized services of the Maison. Watches that are currently covered by the International Limited Warranty will be eligible for warranty extension by registering online in the program at jaeger-lecoultre.com/services. Once registered, Jaeger-LeCoultre customers will receive personalized services during the life of their watches.

The set of new services will be managed through an online platform available in 12 languages.
